How this website handles project enquiries and assistant requests.

Project enquiries

When you submit the quote form, we collect the contact and project details you provide, including your name, email, optional company, website, selected services, timing, budget and message. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry. A saved receipt confirms storage; an email notification may be processed separately.

Acknowledgement emails

We may include a small remote image in acknowledgement emails and record the first time it loads to help confirm the notification flow. We do not store IP addresses, device details or repeated opens for this purpose. Email apps may block or preload images, so this is only a delivery signal and does not prove that someone read the email.

Chrony assistant

Your message and limited recent conversation context may be sent to request-assessment and AI service providers to produce a reply. Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential client material.

Hosting and security

We use hosting, database, anti-bot and email services to operate this site. Security checks may process network information and pseudonymous session identifiers. The assistant uses a security session cookie for request limits and abuse prevention.
