Chronicle Digital Solutions

Working across regions and industries

We improve websites and connect customer management, workflow automation and AI around your business needs. Hong Kong is our company location; your project does not need to be based there.

A practical path from need to delivery

The work is defined by your process and existing tools, rather than your industry or location.

Agreed scope

Define the outcome, included work and dependencies in a written proposal.

Connected tools

Check available integrations, data access and practical limits before choosing a solution.

Testing and handover

Agree acceptance checks and who will operate the result.

Three language options

English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese content can be included in the agreed scope.

Clear responsibilities from the start

Chronicle

We clarify the scope, coordinate implementation and testing, and prepare the agreed handover. Your proposal sets out the work and responsibilities, including any third-party services.

Your team

You confirm the business goal, provide approved content and authorised access, name the people who will use the result, and review the work before launch.

Agree what you will be able to check

Depending on the project, your proposal can include:

  • A preview or walkthrough

Review the agreed pages or workflow with representative examples before release.

  • An acceptance checklist

Check normal inputs, known exceptions and the destination of enquiries or records against the agreed scope.

  • An operating handover

Identify the accounts, ongoing costs, operating instructions and who maintains the delivered result.

See how we approach the work

Our public services and guides explain the decisions, checks and tradeoffs we use when defining a project.

A clear scope before work begins

We quote in US dollars (USD). Your proposal sets out the work, testing, handover and price. Software, hosting and API costs are identified separately when they apply.
